Today i learned something about a new word i came across, executive search firm Apparently it has something to do with recruiting and employment. AEF is an example and i read that they make the best matches and find the tightest fits for each job. They also have financial and risk management services, legal and legal support services, communications and technology and more. I don't know, maybe it's a part of a firm.
